Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Earthing, and a soothing Sound Bath.
At Balink.us, my mission is to promote holistic wellness in the heart of Marco Island and surrounding areas. I believe that true wellness encompasses not just physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being.
Don't do life alone! By joining this practice, you will meet mind-like fellows, share experiences, and be well together as a community.
It is a meditative practice using instruments where participants lay down listening to resonant sound, let the frequency flows any stagnant energy.
Sound Bath is an ancient, simple yet powerful way to help you reach to alpha-theta brain waive, where creative power of mind begins, consciously create your reality, conscious of your surroundings while your body is in deep relaxation.
The session could involve simple body stretching, a guided meditation, practice breathing exercise, and brain exercise. It could also be a perfect time for earthing, prayers, sharpening your intuition, and affirmation.
This life time practice also helps ease body pain, stress, traumatic experiences, anxiety, panic attacks, claustrophobia, and helps rid of any negative energy.
· Help you relax, reduce stress, anxiety, worries or concerns. Letting go off negative feelings and welcoming positivity.
· Reduce inflammation, detox, lower heart rate, which activates Parasympathetic system (rest and digest system).
· Improved mood, improved sleep, increase focus
· Increases levels of Dopamine (neurotransmitter of pleasure), Serotonin (neurotransmitter of happiness), GABA (neurotransmitter of calmness)
· Alter electrical brain waves. Shifting from high-alert waves to slower, more relaxed waves which linked to states of calm, deep focus, and sleep.
· Naturally improve how we function in our daily lives, by being attuned to your own needs and needs of others around you.
Anyone with cardiovascular disease, stroke or heart attack, attached/implanted with any medical device, high or low blood pressure, glaucoma or retinal detachment, a recent surgery, history of epilepsy, asthma, pregnancy, or have any other physical concern that might effect your participation, please ask your doctor if this sound bath practice is safe for you.
